4Sometime you get the unexpected!!  Jan 29, 2010
The Price was great, the flavor and texture was excellent, the quality was better than indicated, and it keep in my fridge for 3 weeks. Now I line my devil eggs with smoked fish (usually belly lox), and this Salmon Trout provide the mildness and level of salt that complemened my devil eggs.
